Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched from our Miami atelier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping is free, worldwide, on every order — no minimum spend required.
Shipping is complimentary worldwide. Import duties and taxes are a separate matter: where your country applies them, they are charged by your customs authority on arrival and are not included in the price shown at checkout.
We would rather tell you that plainly than have it arrive as a surprise. If your customs office raises any difficulty, write to us at concierge@stacciolla.com — we take it from there and see it through with you.
Every Stacciolla piece is carefully wrapped in our signature tissue paper and presented in a handcrafted box with a protective dust bag. Gift packaging is available at no additional charge — simply select the option at checkout.
Our packaging is designed to be both protective and sustainable, using FSC-certified materials and vegetable-based inks.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods (holidays, new collection launches), processing times may be extended by 1–2 business days. You will be notified of any delays via email.
Start a return on our Returns & Exchanges page. Our concierge team replies with a return authorisation, a prepaid label and the address to send it to — the label already carries the destination, so there is nothing for you to write.
Please do not ship a piece back before you have that authorisation.
