All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are included in the price displayed at checkout. You will never be asked to pay additional charges upon delivery.

Every Stacciolla piece is carefully wrapped in our signature tissue paper and presented in a handcrafted box with a protective dust bag. Gift packaging is available at no additional charge — simply select the option at checkout.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
