Welcome to Stacciolla — Maison Contemporaine. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Stacciolla website, including any purchases made through our online boutique at ferruccia.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.
Stacciolla is a contemporary leather goods maison specializing in handcrafted Italian leather accessories. Our registered business operates under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, with principal operations coordinated from Miami, Florida.
All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Product descriptions, materials, dimensions, and imagery are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product due to the handcrafted nature of our goods and differences in screen calibration.
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout. Stacciolla reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and processed.
Each Stacciolla piece is crafted from premium Italian leather and finished by hand. Natural variations in grain, texture, and color are inherent characteristics of genuine leather and are considered marks of authenticity, not defects.
When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s). All orders are subject to acceptance by Stacciolla. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
Upon successful placement of an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payment information is processed securely through our third-party payment processors. Stacciolla does not store your full credit card details on our servers.
Stacciolla ships to destinations within the United States and select international markets. Standard delivery times are approximately 7 to 14 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your location and product availability. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
All international shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning that applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in your order total. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center in Miami, Florida. Each piece is carefully inspected, wrapped in our signature packaging, and shipped via premium courier services with full tracking and insurance coverage.
Stacciolla is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, courier disruptions, force majeure events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Stacciolla purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Returns are eligible for store credit only; we do not offer monetary refunds.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition — free from wear, stains, scratches, odors, or alterations — and must be returned in their original Stacciolla packaging, including the dust bag, box, and any accompanying materials.
Personalized, engraved, or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items are also final sale unless otherwise stated.
To initiate a return, please contact our concierge team at concierge@ferruccia.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
