Can't find your answer? Write to concierge@stacciolla.com
Once your piece leaves the atelier, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also visit /track-order and enter your order number and email address.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the atelier process has begun and changes may not be possible. Contact concierge@stacciolla.com immediately.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Your order confirmation email is your receipt: it lists every line, the Allocation Fee and the total you paid. If you need a formal invoice — for a company or an expense claim — write to our concierge and we will send one.
Stacciolla ships worldwide, with complimentary shipping on every order. Import duties and taxes are separate: where your country applies them, they are charged by your customs authority on arrival and are not included at checkout. If your customs office gives you any difficulty, write to our concierge — we take it from there.
United States: 3–5 business days. Europe: 5–8 business days. Rest of the world: 7–14 business days. All times are from the moment your piece leaves the atelier.
Our pieces are prepared and dispatched from our partner ateliers. Final-mile delivery is handled by local carriers (USPS, DHL, or equivalent) so your tracking will reflect a local origin.
Express options are available at checkout for select regions. Contact concierge@stacciolla.com for urgent requests.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging intact. Visit /returns to initiate a return request.
Start your return at /returns. Our concierge replies with a return authorisation, a prepaid label and the address to send it to. Please do not ship a piece back before you have that authorisation.
Once your return is received and inspected (2–3 business days), your refund is issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Yes. During the return process you can request an exchange. Subject to availability.
Yes. Every Stacciolla piece is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 120 days from delivery — this does not cover normal wear, patina development, sun fading, misuse, or third-party repairs. Beyond that period we offer lifetime customer support: reach out to concierge@stacciolla.com any time about the condition of your piece. Cercle members of The Circle also receive complimentary repair and restoration as a membership benefit. Full terms are in our Terms and Conditions.
We work with full-grain leather sourced through independent artisan houses that supply the same premium tanneries used by European luxury brands. Full-grain is the highest quality grade — it develops a unique patina over time.
We recommend conditioning your leather every 3–6 months with a quality leather conditioner. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture. A full care guide is included with every piece.
Yes. All Stacciolla hardware is cast in solid brass or stainless steel with a gold or silver finish. No hollow parts, no plating over plastic.
Every Stacciolla piece ships with a premium cotton dust bag, tissue paper, and a wax-sealed care card.
Full-grain leather keeps the hide’s natural surface intact — it is the highest quality grade, develops a unique patina, and lasts significantly longer. “Genuine leather” is a lower, heavily processed grade. Stacciolla works exclusively with full-grain leather sourced through independent artisan houses that supply the same premium tanneries used by European luxury brands.
Yes. Because we use full-grain leather, your piece will develop a unique patina with wear — a natural darkening and softening that reflects how the piece is used. This is expected and is not covered under warranty, as it is a sign of genuine full-grain leather rather than a defect.
Stacciolla pieces are handcrafted by independent master artisans working through ateliers that supply the same premium tanneries used by European luxury houses. We are not a factory brand — each piece passes through skilled hands rather than a single mass-production line.
Basic repair services start from $35, and full restoration services start from $75, depending on the piece and the work needed. See /maintenance-repair for details. Cercle members of The Circle receive complimentary repair and restoration as a membership benefit.
The Circle is our membership program. Every purchase earns credits and unlocks tier benefits — from early access to drops to direct concierge access. Visit /loyalty to learn more.
Earn credit on everything you buy — 1% at Initiate, 2% at Maison, 5% at Cercle. Additional credit for sharing your unboxing ($20 credit) and for introducing friends. Your first two successful introductions earn $25 each, the next two $35, and $50 from the fifth — within your standing's introduction allowance. Their first order must reach $150.
Initiate (first purchase), Maison ($500+ spent in the last 12 months), Cercle ($1,500+ spent in the last 12 months). Tiers are earned on what you spend, not on how many orders it takes.
Each year, on the anniversary of your first purchase, we review the previous twelve months. If they no longer meet your tier, you move down one level — never further, however quiet the year was — and we write to you 30 days beforehand so nothing comes as a surprise. Anything you buy before that date counts. Credits you have already earned are yours to keep either way.
No. Your tier is earned and maintained as long as your account is active. Credits expire after 24 months of inactivity.
