The Stacciolla name, griffen symbol, and all original product designs are the intellectual property of Stacciolla LLC, registered in Wyoming, United States. Unauthorized reproduction or imitation of our designs is prohibited and will be pursued legally.
Every Stacciolla product is an original Stacciolla design. We do not manufacture replicas or counterfeit goods. Our products are inspired by classic silhouettes and crafted with original hardware. We are not affiliated with any legacy luxury house.
Any legal claim against Stacciolla must be filed within one year of the incident. Stacciolla’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in dispute.
All legal matters are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
