Hassle-free returns within 30 days
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Stacciolla purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all tags attached and original packaging intact (dust bag, box, tissue paper).
Use the form above with your order number and email. Select the reason for your return.
Within 24 hours, you will receive a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label via email.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the prepaid label. Drop off at any authorized carrier location.
Once received and inspected at our Miami atelier, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same style, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same return process outlined above and indicate your preferred alternative.
If the requested item is available, we will ship it to you at no additional cost once we receive your original item. If it is unavailable, we will process a full refund instead.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to you at your expense. Personalized or monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned.
